Segurança e Ambiente formalized its partnership with the Municipality of Nazaré on March 28, 2023.

The Agreement signature ceremony was held at the Municipal Council, with Mayor Walter Chicharro, Civil Protection, Volunteer Firefighters of Nazaré, and PSP in attendance.

This free-of-charge partnership aims to restore road safety post-accident through the complete collection of solid and liquid waste, thereby preventing further risks and protecting the environment.

In this district, Segurança e Ambiente now operates in Bombarral, Castanheira de Pera, Figueiró dos Vinhos, Leiria, Marinha Grande, Óbidos, Batalha, and, since March 28, Nazaré.

Nazaré is a town and municipality on the west coast of Portugal, known for its strong connection to fishing, traditional costumes, and, more recently, for the giant waves that attract surfers from around the world. Located in the Leiria district, in the Oeste e Vale do Tejo region, it is an important tourist center with a long history and incomparable natural beauty.
