On November 15, Segurança e Ambiente participated in the II National Meeting of Municipal Civil Protection Coordinators, hosted by the Municipality of Seia.

Safety and Environment was present at the seminar “The Role of Municipal Civil Protection Services in Society,” held on April 15 in Póvoa de Lanhoso, as part of the 4th Municipal Civil Protection Week. The initiative, promoted by the Municipality of Póvoa de Lanhoso, brought together specialists, technicians, and operational staff from different areas of Civil Protection, creating a space for reflection and sharing on the main challenges currently faced by municipal services and the entities working on the ground. Throughout the seminar, relevant topics for the sector were addressed, namely technological innovation, risk communication, artificial intelligence, and operational coordination, in a context of sharing experiences and best practices among entities. The participation of Safety and Environment helped strengthen institutional proximity with various Civil Protection partners and stakeholders, underscoring the importance of cooperation and coordination between entities for a more effective, coordinated, and efficient response to incidents and community needs.
